Detailed Estimate & Timeline
You’ll receive a detailed proposal with the scope, materials, labour, and timelines clearly laid out, so you’ll know exactly what’s included, when it will happen, and how much it will cost. No surprises down the road.
Design & Project Planning
Together, we refine layouts, choose finishes, and finalize details that make your space both functional and beautiful. Our experienced team offers expert guidance while making sure your personal taste and priorities stay front and center.
Permits & Pre-Construction Prep
If permits are required, we assist you every step of the way in completing applications and obtaining the necessary approvals. We also prepare the site to ensure construction begins efficiently and safely. This phase may include ordering materials, coordinating with trades, and setting up dust control or temporary access as needed.
Build & Project Coordination
This is where the transformation begins. Our in-house crew and trusted trade partners handle everything—demolition, framing, plumbing, electrical, finishes, and more. We manage the timeline closely and keep you updated every step of the way, so you’re never left wondering what’s happening next.
Final Walkthrough & Warranty
